MARK ALERT – Planning

Have we produced a detailed team project plan up-front?
Does it include a start date and a finish date for the project?
Have we included all main tasks?
Have we broken each main task down into sub–tasks?
Are all the tasks and sub-tasks in a logical order?
Have we allowed a sensible amount of time for each task and sub-task?
Have we shown which tasks will be done as a team and which will be done individually?
Have we shown which team member will be doing each individual task?
Have we chosen suitable test users and reviewers?
Have we allowed time for test users and reviewers to give us feedback?
Have we included checkpoints when we will talk to our teacher again?
Have we allowed contingency time for unexpected problems?
Have we allowed for a team log (as a column or separate file)?
Have we planned everything to meet the deadline?
Have we made sure that the plan is easy to view onscreen?
Have we agreed our plan with our teacher?
Have we saved the team plan in the shared area with the name 'Initial team plan'?
