PROTOTYPING

It is important to have other people play/test your game as it develops. Have you chosen the right people? They need to test your game numerous times before they will find all the bugs and suggest improvements.

They need to do two types of testing, free and planned.

Free Testing

Your tester should play the game as they normally would, to see if they enjoy it but also to look for problems.

You need to save this as evidence for your moderator Keep a record of test user feedback for your Design and Development Log.

Planned Testing

You must create a test plan in your Design and Development Log. This is a list of tasks which your tester has to do and check. It should include everything the player can do in the game.

You need to save this as evidence for your moderator Find and complete the test users section and the test plan in your Design and Development Log.
