As a team, you must use your plan as you work through the project.

Check the plan regularly. You are allowed to make changes as you go along! If you have problems, talk to your teacher.

All changes to the plan should be agreed by the team.

Re-save the plan in the shared area each time you make changes.

Save the final plan in the shared area so that you can include it in your eportfolios.

A project diary is your record of all that happens during a project and you must keep it up-to-date.

Start a project diary now and update it every time you work on the project. For example, you will need to comment on

• changes made to the plan
• your individual work
• team discussions and decisions
• how well you did your work for the team
• how well the team worked together, including problems you had
• what needs to be done next
