As you gather the information you need, make sure you save it using a logical storage system and sensible file names so that you can find what you need easily.

 

Create a sources table to record details of each source.

Using existing information

 

Have you already got information you can use? For example, you may be able to re-use photos or data from other work.

 

These websites allow you to use some or all of the images on the site. You must read the terms and conditions of use to make sure you are using them correctly.

 

Make sure that you have permission to use and edit information from secondary sources.

 

Producing original information

You will need to use a range of primary sources. For example, you could take photographs, produce drawings, make sound recordings.
