Think about what data a user needs to collect. It must include:

• how many portions of fruit they eat each day
• how many portions of vegetables they eat each day
• which colour group each fruit or vegetable is in
• other data which can be analyse to provide useful information

Create the Reality Check data collection form. It should be attractive and suitable for students aged 9 and over.

Help users by giving some examples of fruit and vegetable portions and their colour groups.

Make sure that it works by using the form yourself.

Ask test users for feedback on your form and make necessary changes.

Ask your test buddy to collect data for a week then give you the completed form.

Save the data collection form for your eportfolio.
