Every enterprise needs a "look", a corporate identity that reflects what it is about.

First the team needs to make some decisions. Who is the target audience? What sort of name and strapline do you want? What about the colour scheme?

Design a "look" for your enterprise including a logo, name, strapline and colour scheme. It should reflect the decisions made by the team. Annotate it to explain your design.

Save your design for your eportfolio.

Hold a meeting to discuss each design. Agree the corporate identity for your enterprise. You may want to combine elements from more than one of your designs.

You must produce a set of documents for the enterprise. It must include:

• a letterhead
• business card for each team member

plus three others such as:

• an invitation
• a sponsorship form
• a certificate
• a receipt

Each team member must produce at least one document. Decide who will do what.

Create the document(s) allocated to you. You must use the agreed corporate identity.

Ask for feedback from other team members and make necessary changes.

Agree the final set of documents for the enterprise proposal. Make changes to ensure that they are consistent.

Save the agreed set of documents in the shared area. Make sure you clearly identify who did what.
