As a team, you must use your plan throughout the project to make sure you are on track.
All changes to the plan should be agreed by the team. One member of the team should take responsibility for making discussed alterations to the plan.
Re-save the plan in the shared area each time you make changes.
Save a copy of the final plan for your eportfolio.
You must also take responsbility for your individual tasks and monitor your progress. A project diary is a record of all that happens during your project and you must keep it up-to-date.
Create a personal diary for use during the project. Use it to keep a record of what you do each time you work on the project both in class and at home.
You should include comments on:
changes made to the plan
your individual work and your contribution to the team
team discussions and decisions
the work of the team as a whole – including problems you have faced as a team and how you dealt with them
what needs to be done next
Save your finished project diary for your eportfolio.
