Your enterprise needs a corporate identity that reflects what it is about.
You must each work on a design for the enterprise but first the team must agree on a name and strapline for the enterprise.
Design a corporate identity for your enterprise including a logo, the agreed name and strapline.
Produce a letterhead template using your design.
You do not need to write a letter.
Annotate your template to explain your design and save it for your eportfolio.
Discuss each design and decide on a final corporate identity for the enterprise.
Create this set of documents:
Share the workload amongst the team. Each team member must produce at least one template.
Create the document template(s) allocated to you. You must use the agreed corporate identity.
Ask for feedback from other team members and make necessary changes. It is essential that all the templates are consistent and fit for purpose.
Save the collection of templates for your eportfolio. Make sure you clearly identify which template(s) you produced.
Update your project diary, including notes about your work as a team.
