It's decision time! Each team member must present a summary of their findings at a formal meeting. The aim is to give the team enough information to decide which idea is most likely to be a success.
Prepare your presentation for the meeting. It must include results from your research as well as your spreadsheet model.
Hold the formal meeting. Allow plenty of time to explore each idea. You need to ask each other questions and try out the spreadsheet models. Plan this meeting carefully, you need to take turns in presenting your ideas without interruption and discuss everything at the end.
Keep minutes to record the discussion, including comments made about each idea and reasons for the team's final decision. These must be formal minutes
Remember that even if the idea that you investigated is not chosen, the work you have done has helped to make the right decision. Everything you produced will be needed for your eportfolio and will help to earn you marks.
Save the minutes of the meeting for your eportfolio.
Update your project diary, including notes about your work as a team.
