Your enterprise needs a corporate identity that reflects what it is about. You must each work on a design for the enterprise but first the team must agree some principles. Discuss what you want your identity to achieve. What impression do you want to give?
Design a corporate identity for your enterprise including a logo, name, and strapline. It should reflect the principles agreed by your team.
Produce a letterhead template to show how your design would work. Annotate your template to explain your design and save it for your eportfolio.
Discuss each design and use them to help you agree a final corporate identity for the enterprise. You may find that you want to use elements from different designs.
The enterprise needs a set of document templates:
Share the workload amongst the team. Each team member must produce at least one template.
Create the document template(s) allocated to you. You must use the agreed corporate identity.
Ask for feedback from other team members and make necessary changes. It is essential that all the templates are consistent and fit for purpose.
Save the collection of templates for your eportfolio. Make sure you clearly identify which template(s) you produced.
Update your project diary, including notes about your work as a team.
