Commemorating the Class of 2006
D204 ICT in Enterprise Summative Project Brief 2006
PLANNING YOUR TIME
This is a team project and you need a detailed team plan to make sure that you meet all your objectives. The plan must clearly identify what needs to be done and who will do what. It should be stored in a shared area so that you can all contribute to it.
Team
Produce a detailed team plan.
There are no rules about the software you use or what the plan should look like but it must show:
- a start date and finish date for the project
- all the main tasks and sub-tasks in a logical order

- which tasks will be done as a team and what each team member must do individually

- which sub-task each team member is working on at any time
- time allocation for each task and sub-task

- whether work is to be completed in class or at home
- checkpoints when the team will review progress with the teacher and agree any changes to the plan

- when test users and reviewers will look at your work

Save a copy of the initial team plan for your eportfolio.
