PARTNERS - DATABASE

The PARTNERS database stores data about students who have already done the Dance o'Clock quiz and signed up for the Dance o'Clock event.

Open the database and make sure that you understand what each field is for.

Create a data entry form so that more records can be added. You must:

• include a sensible title
• make sure it includes all the fields
• include features to help the user enter valid data.

Ask your test buddy to enter their data and give you some feedback. Make any necessary changes.

Use your data entry form to add a new record for yourself.

Save evidence of your data entry form for your eportfolio. Do NOT include the database itself.

Finished? Make sure your plan is up-to-date. Have you remembered to add comments?
