Using the project plan
Use the plan every time you work on the project.
At the end of every session you must use your plan to check your progress.
You should add comments about:
All changes to the plan should be agreed by the team.
When you finish each main task record the date on your plan.
Re-save the plan in the shared area each time you change it.
Team log
Update the team log each time you meet as a team and re-save it to the shared area.
Sources table
Create a sources table to record all items from primary and secondary sources. Here is an example of a sources table to help you.
You should only use copyright-free materials in your campaign proposal.
Save the sources table in the shared area. Keep it up-to-date throughout the project. Make sure you show who finds each source.
Project diary
Your project diary is your record of all that happens to you during a project and you must keep it up-to-date.
Start a project diary now and update it every time you work on the project. Use this template to help you.
Save your project diary for your eportfolio. Update it each time you work on the project.
Individual review
At the end of the project you must complete a review of your individual work on the project. You will answer some of the questions as you go along.
