Hold a meeting to discuss each design. Agree the final identity for your campaign. You may want to combine elements from more than one of your designs.
You must produce a set of documents for the campaign. It must include:

Each team member must produce at least one document. Decide who will do what.
Update the team log.
Create the document(s) allocated to you. You must use the agreed identity.
Ask for feedback from other team members and make necessary changes.
Agree the final set of documents for the campaign. Make changes if necessary to ensure that they are consistent.
Save the agreed set of documents in the shared area. Make sure you clearly identify who did what.
Update the team log and your project diaries.
