MARK ALERT – The proposal

Have we produced a convincing proposal?
Does it include all the required evidence as listed in the SPB?
Have we created an effective navigation route through our proposal?
Can a user view the complete proposal without help?
Have we asked a suitable test user for feedback on our proposal?
Have we made changes if necessary?
Would our proposal persuade sponsors to back us?
Is each clear what each of us contributed to the proposal?
Will the proposal form a separate section in each eportfolio?
Have we asked suitable reviewers for comments on the proposal for use in the project review?
Have we updated the team log?
Have I updated my project diary?
