THE PROPOSAL

Mark alert checklist

You must work together to prepare a complete proposal that will convince potential sponsors that your campaign would be a success.

Team

Team works!

Introduce yourselves and tell us what you stand for and why we should listen to you.

The big idea!

Present your campaign as a winner, focusing on the aim of the campaign and what you are trying to achieve.

Looking good!

Present your agreed priniciples and your set of documents and tell us how your identity reflects what you are about.

We can convince you!

Present your campaign strategy explaining what items you have produced, and why. Don't forget to include the team's web-based product. When will each item be used?

We can afford it!

Use the summary spreadsheet and key findings from your research to show that your campaign is financially viable.

Put it all together

You must decide how the user will find their way through the materials in the proposal. Make sure that it all links together and is easy to use.

Present your proposal to a suitable test user. Ask for feedback on whether the proposal would persuade potential sponsors to back you. Make necessary changes.

You need to save this for your eportfolio Save the final proposal in the shared area. The complete proposal will be copied into each team member's eportfolio.

Ask suitable reviewers for comments on your proposal. Keep a record of what they say so that you can use it in your project review.

Update the team log and your project diaries.
