MAKING A DECISION

Each team member must present their proposed promotional items to the team and allow team members to try out their model. The aim is to give the team enough information to decide on an effective promotional strategy.

 

Individual

 

Prepare your presentation to the team. How you do this is up to you - it could be a verbal or written report or a slide presentation. Make sure that your model is easy to use.

 

Team

 

Finalise your promotional strategy. Allow plenty of time for the presentations, to ask questions and to explore each model.

 

Use the suggestions from each team member to decide on your final campaign strategy and how you will pay for it. You need to make sure that there are enough items for each team member to produce three.

Create a summary spreadsheet which lists all the promotional items in your campaign strategy. Use your individual models to make sure that it shows the costs of the set of items and how you will pay for them.

 

You need to save this for your eportfolio Save the summary spreadsheet in the shared area.

 

Decide which three items each team member will produce making sure that each of you produces three very different items.

 

Update the team log and your project diaries.
