MARK ALERT – Making a decision

Did I present my strategy ideas clearly?
Did I give the team enough information about my ideas?
Did my model help the team to make a decision?
Have we selected an effective set of items including the required advert and letter?
Have we chosen enough items to do three each?
Have we decided which items each of us will produce?
Have we created a summary spreadsheet that includes all the items in our strategy?
Have we used our models to make sure that the spreadsheet shows all costs and how we will pay for them?
Have we saved the spreadsheet in the shared area?
Have we updated the team log?
Have I updated my project diary?
