Preparing the evidence

Make sure you have all the evidence you need in your PRODUCTS and EVIDENCE folders.

Every moderator has a set of software called the Moderator's Toolkit. It specifies the readers and players that all moderators will have available. It is your responsibility to ensure that your eportfolio only includes files which can be read using the toolkit.

The Moderator's Toolkit is published on the Edexcel website.

Making the evidence accessible

Make sure that your game can be played by the moderator (i.e. export it into a format that can be used with the Moderator's Toolkit). Games authoring project files are not acceptable.

Create a single index page which will allow the moderator to access all your evidence.

The page must include:

• who you are, your candidate number, centre name and number

• the title of this SPB (Unit 4 Sample SPB)

• links to the game evidence and development evidence.

Save your index page in your main UNIT4EPORTFOLIO folder.
