You must come up with some initial ideas for your game.

Complete a game overview which outlines:

• Background story What is the background story that leads to the start of your game?  This is where you tell the player what happened up to the point that they start playing. What is the disaster and how will playing the game help?

• Target audience Why have you chosen this group? What are the interests of this target group? How do you know?

• Purpose/objective  What is the objective of your game? What does the player have to do to complete the game?  

• PEGI rating  What will the Pan European Game Information (PEGI) rating be? Give reasons for your decision.

Discuss your game overview with your teacher. You MUST get their approval before you continue.
