Does it include a portion of fruit?

Does it include information about calories?
Does it include an image of part or all of the meal?
Did I create the image myself?
Have I asked my teacher and test buddy for feedback?
Have I made changes when necessary?
Have I updated my sources table?
Have I saved my breakfast card in my PUBLICATIONS folder?
Can it be viewed using only the Moderator's Toolkit?
