Have I completed the survey results document?
Have I added my spreadsheet in the right place?
Have I added the five charts in the right places?
Have I completed the text?
Have I deleted the instructions (in blue)?
Have I asked my teacher to give me feedback?
Have I made changes when necessary?
Have I saved my survey results in my EVIDENCE folder?
Can it be viewed using only the Moderator's Toolkit?
Have I updated my ongoing plan and added comments?
