You must create a spreadsheet to analyse the survey data.

Create a spreadsheet using this design to help you.

Enter the data from all four data collection forms into the spreadsheet.

Check that your spreadsheet is accurate.

Use your spreadsheet to produce five charts to:

• show how much time you spent online each day (column chart)
• show the total amount of time spent online by each student (any suitable chart)
• show which online activity is most popular (pie chart showing percentages)
• compare time spent on activities for each student (comparative chart)
• show one more interesting result of your choice

Make sure that each chart has a suitable title and axis/data labels.

Ask your teacher to test the spreadsheet and give you feedback. Make changes if necessary.

Save your spreadsheet so that the moderator can see both the values and the formulae.
