Have I completed the database section of the SPB?
Have I produced a list of websites for each of my searches?
Are both the lists produced using database software?
Do they include sensible titles and column headings?
Have I left out unnecessary fields?
Are the lists clear and easy to read?
Have I proofread the lists carefully?
Do the lists look good when printed?
Have I asked my teacher to give me feedback on the printed lists?
Have I made changes when necessary?
Have I saved the website lists in my ESAFETY folder?
Can they be viewed using only the Moderator's Toolkit?
Have I answered the website lists questions in my publications review?
Have I updated my ongoing plan and added comments?
