Have I produced a report using my database search results?
Did I use database software to produce my report?
Does it include the logo?
Do it include a sensible title and column headings?
Have I left out unnecessary fields?
Is the report clear and easy to read?
Have I proofread the report carefully?
Is the report suitable for printing?
Have I asked my teacher for feedback?
Have I made changes when necessary?
Have I saved my database report in my PUBLICATIONS folder?
Can it be viewed using only the Moderator's Toolkit?
Have I answered the report questions in my publications review?
Have I updated my ongoing plan and added comments?
