Have I made a copy of my initial plan and saved it in my PROJECT MANAGEMENT folder as 'Ongoing plan'?
Have I used my ongoing plan to track progress throughout the project?
Have I changed my ongoing plan when necessary?
Have I kept my progress log up-to-date?
Have I clearly shown any changes to dates and timings?
Have I clearly explained any changes?
Have I shown actual start dates, end dates and actual time taken?
Have I recorded information about my progress?

Have I saved my ongoing plan each time I made changes?

Can it be viewed using only the Moderator's Toolkit?
