MARK ALERT - Sample reports

 
Have I carried out three searches which will show different examples of information teenagers could retrieve from the database?
Have I carefully refined my searches so that each search finds 5-15 records?
Have I saved screenshots of my search criteria in my EVIDENCE folder?
Have I prepared a report for each purpose, using database software?
Does each report present information from 5-15 records?
Does each report include the logo and a meaningful title?
Have I included an introduction clearly explaining why the search criteria were chosen?
Have I included a key to any coded fields?
Have I left out unnecessary information?
Have I made sure that each report is clear and easy to read?
Have I asked for feedback and made changes when necessary?
Have I saved my reports in my PUBLICATIONS folder?
Can they be viewed using only the Moderator's Toolkit?
Have I updated my ongoing plan, including my progress log?
