Have I made sure that the data can be analysed in a spreadsheet?
Is my questionnaire clear and easy to complete?
Is it suitable for printing?
Have I asked for feedback and made changes when necessary?
Have I saved my questionnaire in my EVIDENCE folder?
Can it be viewed using only the Moderator's Toolkit?
Have I carried out a survey of at least 15 adults?
Have I updated my ongoing plan, including my progress log?
