Have I made a copy of my initial plan and saved it in my PROJECT MANAGEMENT folder as 'Ongoing plan'?
Have I used my ongoing plan to track progress throughout the project?
Have I changed my ongoing plan when necessary?
Have I kept my progress log up-to-date?
Have I explained any changes to the ongoing plan?
Have I recorded important decisions?
Have I commented on what I did and how well it went?
Have I commented on how I made use of feedback?
Have I commented on what was discussed at checkpoints?
Have I commented on how I made use of contingency time?
Have I saved my ongoing plan each time I made changes?
Can it be viewed using only the Moderator's Toolkit?
