PROMOTING A CLUB CD HOLDER

You must design the front of the CD holder for your chosen club.

• who - visitors to the fair
• why - to promote the club
• where - to be given away on the club stand
• what - information about the club, including the name

The holder will be made of card with two flaps that fold over. The CD will be fixed on a rubber cushion in the middle of the holder.

 

You only have to design the front cover.

Take some photographs for use on the CD holder and the web advert.

Use suitable software to prepare the images you need. For example, you may wish to create an image by combining several of your photographs.

 

Save thumbnails of the photographs you used and annotate them to show how you used them to create the final images.

 

Produce a design for the front of the CD holder. It must be actual size and include your images. Remember that one of them must also appear on your web advert.

 

Ask for feedback from test users and make any necessary changes.

 

Save your holder design for your eportfolio.
