Have I read the whole brief and the summary to make sure I know what I have to do?
Have we included all main tasks in our team project plan?
Have we broken each task down into sub–tasks?
Have we worked out which tasks will be done as a team?
Have we worked out which tasks will be done by each team member?
Am I clear which tasks I have to do?
Have we shown which tasks are for class time and which are for homework?
Have we allowed time for test users and reviewers to give us feedback?
Have we allowed a sensible amount of time for each task and sub–task?
Have we checked our plan with our teacher?
Have we included checkpoints when we will talk to our teacher again?
Have we allowed for things to go wrong?
Have we planned everything to meet the deadline?
Have we organised a method of keeping a record of team meetings and decisions?
