2.2 Review and evaluation

It is important that you undertake a thorough review of a project once it is completed. You should consider:

•  outcomes

•  to what extent have the project objectives been met

•  how effective are the final products

•  are they fit for purpose

•  how could they be improved

•  does the mix of components enhance the message you are trying to convey

•  is the information organised in an appropriate manner?

•  process

•  how well did your plan work

•  did you manage your time well

•  did you meet the deadline

•  what, if anything, went wrong

•  if you did the project again would you do anything differently

•  what have you learned from working on this project?

 

You should incorporate feedback from others, such as:

•  test users

•  your peers

•  your teacher

•  a focus group.
