Using the team plan

You must keep your initial plan for your eportfolios. Do not change it during the project.

Copy your initial team plan into the worksheet named Ongoing plan. Use this version during the project.

Use your ongoing plan every time you work on the project.

When you finish each main task record the date on your ongoing plan.

Team log

At the end of every session you must use your ongoing plan to check your progress.

You should complete the team log section including comments about:

• what you have done
• what went well
• how you dealt with any problems
• decisions made and actions to be taken

Save the file Plan_sources in the shared area each time you change it.
