GETTING ORGANISED

Folders

Create a folder called UNIT3EPORTFOLIO which contains these two subfolders:

• PRODUCTS - all final products must be saved here

• EVIDENCE - all designs and other documents must be saved here

You need to ensure you save all the work you do in the correct folders. Products you create are shown with this symbol , and evidence is shown with this symbol .

 

Elements table

You must keep careful records of all the sources you use to gather elements and how these elements are used. You should describe each element and any changes you make to the element to make it suitable for use.

 

The table should identify all elements from primary and secondary sources along with details of the permission required for their use. Ensure that you keep the table up-to-date throughout the project.

Test Buddy and End-of-Project Reviewers

You must have a test buddy who will give you useful feedback on your work. You must also be a test buddy for someone else and comment on their work.

 

All feedback should be polite and should include:

• what is good about the product

• what could be improved and how.

Test buddy feedback should be given on product designs and prototype products.

 

You will also need feedback from end-of-project reviewers on your final products.
