Using the team plan
You must keep your initial team plan for your eportfolios. Do not change it during the project.
Make a copy of your initial team plan and rename it 'Ongoing team plan'. Use this version during the project.
Use the ongoing plan every time you work on the project.
When you finish each main task record the date on your ongoing plan.
Team log
At the end of every session you must use your ongoing plan to check your progress.
You should complete the team log section including comments about:
Re-save the ongoing plan in the shared area each time you change it.
Sources table
Use a sources table to record all items from primary and secondary sources. Here is an example of a sources table to help you.
You should only use copyright-free materials in your proposal.
Save the sources table in the shared area. Keep it up-to-date throughout the project. Make sure you show who finds each source.
Individual review
At the end of the project you must complete a review of your individual work on the project. You will answer some of the questions as you go along.
