Have I used spreadsheet software to analyse the data?
Have I included all the data from my survey?
Do my formulae analyse all the data and produce meaningful results?
Have I produced charts to illustrate my findings?
Have I formatted the spreadsheet so that the results are very clear?
Have I tested my spreadsheet thoroughly?
Have I asked my test buddy to give me feedback?
Have I made changes when necessary?

Have I saved the spreadsheet in my ESAFETY folder?
Can it be viewed using only the Moderator's Toolkit?

Can the moderator see the data and the formulae?

Have I updated my ongoing plan, including my project log?
