REPORTS

You must use your database to produce these reports:

	Target audience	Purpose of report
1	Parents and carers of children aged 7-10	Sites to help them encourage their children (aged 7-10) to stay e-safe
2	Teenagers	Sites with information about social networking
3	Primary school teachers	Activities for their pupils

Use the database to search for possible resources for each purpose. Think carefully about which fields you can use to refine your searches.

You need to save this for your eportfolio Save evidence of your search criteria for your eportfolio.

Prepare the three reports using your search results to help you. These MUST be reports produced using database software. Don't forget to:

make sure each report is customised for the target audience, using appropriate layout, title and introduction
leave out unnecessary information

Ask for feedback from your test buddy and other test users. Make changes if necessary.

Save your reports in your ESAFETY folder.

Update your ongoing plan and use your project log to explain your searches.
