KEEPING TRACK

You must keep your initial plan for your eportfolio. Do not change it during the project.

Make a copy of your initial plan and rename it 'Ongoing plan'. Use this version during the project.

You must take action when problems occur and change your ongoing plan if necessary.

Re-save your ongoing plan each time you make changes.

You must keep a project log where you record all that happens during your work on the project. This can be comments on your ongoing plan or a separate document. It should include:

• changes to the ongoing plan and why they were necessary
• important decisions
• what you did and how well it went
• how you took account of feedback and what happened at interim checkpoints
• how you made use of contingency time

If you keep your project log up-to-date it will help you produce your commentaries for your eportfolio and your end-of-project review.

Update your project log and re-save it at the end of each session.
