You must keep your initial plan for your eportfolio. Do not change it during the project.
Make a copy of your initial plan and rename it 'Ongoing plan'. Use this version during the project.
You must take action when problems occur and
change your ongoing plan if necessary.
At the end of every session you must use your ongoing plan to check your progress. You should complete the project log section including:
changes to the ongoing plan and why they were necessary
important decisions
what you did and how well it went
how you took account of feedback and what happened at interim checkpoints
how you made use of contingency time
Save your ongoing plan each time you make changes.
