Your game must have clear user instructions so that anyone in the target audience is able to play the game without further help. These instructions can be included within the game, as a separate file, or a combination of the two.

Complete your user instructions. Make sure that they are comprehensive and clear. Check that the language is appropriate for your target audience.

Gather feedback from test users and make changes if necessary.

Save your instructions. How you do this is up to you. You may want to include them in the game, have an onscreen help file or a separate publication.
