FRUIT FACTS - DATABASE

The FRUIT FACTS database stores data about different fruits.

Open the database and make sure that you understand what each field is for.

Create a data entry form so that more records can be added. You must:

• include a sensible title
• make sure it includes all the fields
• include features to help the user enter valid data

Ask a test user to try out the form and give you feedback. Make any necessary changes.

Choose three fruits that are missing from the database. Find out the facts you need to create a record for each of them (calories, sugar, vitamin C, colour group).

Use your data entry form to add the three new records.

Save evidence of your data entry form for your eportfolio. Do NOT include the database itself.
