You must use your plan as you work through the project to make sure you get everything done on time.
Check your plan regularly. It is unlikely to be right first time and you are allowed to make changes as you go along! If you have problems, talk to your teacher.
Use the notes column on your plan to make comments as you go along. For example:
Save your project plan, with evidence of monitoring, for your eportfolio. Make sure that it is in an acceptable file format.
