Using the team project plan

You must keep your initial team plan for your eportfolio. Do not change it during the project.

 

Make a copy of your initial team plan and rename it 'Ongoing team plan'. Use this version during the project.

 

As a team, regularly check that you are on track and make agreed changes to the ongoing team plan.

 

Team log

At the end of every session you must use your ongoing plan to check your progress. You should complete the team log section including comments about:

• what you have done and who did what
• what went well and how you dealt with any problems
• important decisions and actions to be taken
• how you took account of feedback and what happened at interim checkpoints
• how you made use of contingency time

Re-save the ongoing team plan in the shared area each time you make changes.

 

Sources table

Create a sources table using this example to help you.

 

The table should contain all primary and secondary sources, not just images. You should use the first five columns to record the basic details of each item you gather including the initials of the team member who found the source. You only need to complete the other columns for items you actually use.

 

You should only use copyright-free material in your proposal.

 

For this SPB it should be possible to produce any images you need yourselves.

 

Save the sources table in the shared area and keep it up-to-date throughout the project.
