As a team, you must produce a set of four useful documents for the enterprise such as:

• a business card
• an invitation or ticket
• an order form or entry form
• an invoice or receipt

Each team member must produce at least one document. Decide who will do what.

Record what happened at the meeting in the team log column on the ongoing plan. Make sure you record who will produce each document.
