Have I checked that every field in my database has a suitable name, data type, format and length?
Have I tested my validation rules for the category, type and region fields?
Have I noted any rejected records in my project log?
Have I found reliable information for at least five more possible destinations?
Have I created five new records using accurate information?
Have I entered at least five new records?
Have I stored evidence of my database work including all the items in the eportfolio checklist?
Have I updated my sources table?
Have I updated my ongoing plan and used my project log to explain how I decided which destinations to add?
