TRIPS - Introduction

You must organise four trips for the students. You must create a varied programme that includes:

• a day trip to explore aspects of your country's heritage
• a fun day out
• a half-day trip to visit a place of interest
• a day in the open air

Use the database to search for possible destinations for each trip. Think carefully about which fields you can use to refine your searches.

Save evidence of your search criteria for your eportfolio.

Prepare four trip lists using your search results to help you. These MUST be reports produced using database software. Don't forget to:

• leave out unnecessary information for each destination
• make the information clear and easy to read

Ask test users for feedback on your printed lists. Make changes if you agree with the feedback.

Save the trip lists in your Welcome folder

Update your ongoing plan and use your project log to explain your searches.
