MARK ALERT – Planning

 
Have I produced a detailed plan up-front?
Is the plan easy to view on screen?
Does it include a start date and a finish date for the project?
Have I included all main tasks?
Have I broken each task down into sub–tasks?
Are all the tasks and sub–tasks in a logical order?
Have I allowed a sensible amount of time for each task and sub–task?
Have I chosen suitable test users and reviewers?
Have I allowed time for test users and reviewers to give me feedback?
Have I included checkpoints when I will talk to my teacher again?
Have I allowed contingency time for unexpected problems?
Have I planned everything to meet the deadline?
Have I agreed my plan with my teacher?
Have I saved my initial plan with the filename 'Initial plan'?
