You must keep your initial plan for your eportfolio. Do not change it during the project.
Make a copy of your initial plan and rename it 'Ongoing plan'.
Save your ongoing plan in your PROJECT MANAGEMENT folder and use this version during the project.
You must take action when problems occur and
change your ongoing plan if necessary.
At the end of every session you must update your ongoing plan including:

changes to dates and timings

clear explanation of changes you make
-
information about your progress
Save your ongoing plan each time you make changes.
