DECISION TIME!

mark alert checklist

It's decision time! Each team member must present a summary of their findings at a formal meeting. The aim is to give the team enough information to decide which event is most likely to be a success.

Individual

Prepare your presentation to the team. It must include results from your research as well as your spreadsheet model. How you do this is up to you - it could be a verbal or written report or a slide presentation.

Team

Prepare an agenda for a formal team meeting at which you will each present your findings and make a decision.

Hold the formal meeting. Make sure that someone keeps the minutes to record the discussion, including comments made about each event and reasons for the team's final decision.

Allow plenty of time to explore each idea. You need to ask each other questions and try out the spreadsheet models.

Remember that even if the event that you investigated is not chosen, the work you have done has helped the team to make the right decision.
