A group of 25 students is visiting your area from another country. They have a basic understanding of English. You will create some publications to help the trip organisers.

There will be a welcome party for the students when they arrive. They will go on some coach trips and take part in local activities.

Here's what you are going to do:

• find out what sort of trips should be organised

• produce lists of possible trips

• create an invitation

• create a leaflet
